Epic Goal

• 
  CVP (Red Hat's Container Verification Pipeline) and QE teams identified a missing feature for custom scorecard testing to provide the framework to enable automated functional testing of Operators for *both* Red Hat and Partners alike.  

Why is this important?

• 
  It will fit in with the Managed Services initiative as it will enable teams to provide tests with their operator bundle.

Acceptance Criteria

• Improve the integration of test execution with test reporting. 
• Enable the scorecard tool to collect test artifacts that are produced by each test and retrieve them from the execution test pods.
• Make it possible for testing pipelines to make key test artifacts available for later stages of downstream pipelines.

1. @jeffMcCormick will complete RFE and a proof of concept to enable this feature
