• As an Engineer developing for OPCT, I would like to collect artifacts not included by Sonobuoy to empower the Support Engineer with information on the partners environment, targeting to decrease the total time on the review process. 
• As a Support Engineer, I would like to decrease the number of files requested from the partner for VCSP certification, so we can make sure there will not lack any required files to validate the certification execution or lose the logs from the timestamp

GOAL:

• Collect automatically must-gather at the end of OPCT execution
• Collect automatically the list of conformance tests for each plugin used by OPCT on VCSP

• Must-gather collected in the same artifact generated by OPCT
• suite list collected on the same artifact generated by OPCT
• Documentation have been updated
• Should be a feature for the minor version
