[opct] Investigate regressions on v0.2

    Description

      As part of the OPCT release flow, I am running the tests into different OCP versions to compare the results between OPCT releases. We don't expected to have significant failures when comparing same OCP releases running in Y-1 OPCT version. Example OCP 4.10.45 running OPCT v0.1 and v0.2.
