[backend] Track Sonobuoy's issues that impacts initial release

      This card will handle all issues (bugs and features) found on Sonobuoy, started on MVP, which can block the initial release of the Certification Tool.

      All the issues could be created as a sub-task of this one.

      Goal:

      • Track all bugs and features which is a blocker for the initial release
      • Open Issue with upstream to define the next steps on downstream 
      • if need, open a PR to upstream proposing the changes
