This week we run several tests in different platforms and integrations using the openshift/conformance suite to understand what tests we need to remove from "validated" level of certification.

Richard has raised those tests below to be in an excluded list of that level (validated). So we need to ship it in the container, so it could be removed from the test list or results - we don't know yet the best approach as if we run the file directly, the tests will run in serial mode, without getting the best of the openshift-tests utility that is able to classify and parallelize the execution.
