I checked the original log file sonobuoy_results.yaml in plugins/05-openshift-cluster-upgrade, the  item '[sig-trt] Skipped annotations present' failed at first, and passed finally.  In fact all the test items are passed. The opct tool just check the counter of failed, which caused the inaccurate date here.

That should be the right date.
