      User Story:

      • As an OpenShift Engineer I want create a minimum "user documentation" template required to a partner when applying to VCSP ticket, so partners have a clear path of minimum expected information to have in the provider-specific installation documentation requested in the Process Overview workflow[1].

      [1] https://redhat-openshift-ecosystem.github.io/opct/guides/cluster-validation/#process-overview

      Existing documents/guides:

      Description:
< Record any background information >

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Document must target the audience:
        • VCSP Reviewers: must provide provider's information helping to understand the provider's nuances derivated from the OCP agnostic installation documentation.
        • If applicable, users must be able to consume from this document to install OCP in the validated provider
      • Document reviewed by stakeholders (PM, PTAM, CertOps, Eng)
      • Public document available to partners
        • Where (git, gdocs, etc)? Who will maintain?
      • "Process Overview" section updated referencing the template
