Goal:

Create an alpha release, must be >v0.5, with the e2e dedicated controller (~~OPCT-332~~) to be consumed by Periodic CI jobs.
Update the Periodic CI jobs to consume the v0.6 release

Acceptance Criteria:

Preview Alpha release created on OPCT project
Rehearsal jobs are accepted - no regressions or false-positive test failures caused by dedicated node
PR on release merged using the new alpha release
