Rename command 'adm setup-node' to 'adm e2e-dedicated taint-node'

      Goal:

      • Rename the CLI command 'adm setup-node' to 'e2e-dedicated taint-node'
      • Rename the Documentation references
      • Deprecate it starting on v0.6+, not port it to current releases.

      Why:

      • The Epic OPCT-332 is introducing a controller for the dedicated node and grouping it would keep the logic together (taint-node is requiring the controller, and is part of OPCT architecture)

       

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Unit and e2e tests passing
      • PR on CLI repo merged
