Fix Github CI workflow for plugins with the latest version of multi-arch builds on PR https://github.com/redhat-openshift-ecosystem/provider-certification-plugins/pull/57 

The recent fixes in the mainstream[1] affects the plugin refacts. The goal of this cards it to consolidate the changes, keeping carefully the improvements in the plugin refact introduced in #57.
