      Goal:

      • Move OPCT periodic jobs currently running in vSphere to AWS

      Description:

      OPCT periodic jobs are responsible to get signals of OPCT results from OpenShift releases supported by VCSP, using the features supported/required by the Program.

      Currently the periodics are running once a week in vSphere, to prevent allocating resources in vSphere, and use more self-service IaaS in AWS, we need to migrate those jobs to that provider.

      The challenge is all jobs uses agnostic installation (platform=none), the tooling in CI must support that kind of installation in AWS.
