[plugins] Image registry is failing to extract binaries when route is created

DESCRIPTION

When the OPCT is running in clusters which have route created for the image registry, the authentication is failing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

• setup the image registry
• setup the route for the registry
• run OPCT

• utilities extracted successfully from the internal-registry

DESCRIPTION

The image token may need to be created to allow the image registry use the route and authenticate on it.
