As a SPLAT engineer developing the OCP Provider Cert Tool, I would like to review the MVP takeouts, understand what will deliveres for phase-1 (MVP in bash), phase-2 ( initial CLI release in Go), and plugins development which could be alongside phase-1 and phase-2.
