As the OCP-OKD engineering group,

we need a place to temporarily (until 4.12 GA/ ~EOY 2022) host the SCOS ostree and bootimage build infrastructure.

We'd like to use operate-first.cloud to deploy a fork of the RHCOS pipeline to build SCOS there, until the CoreOS team has finished reworking the pipeline, and a long-term solution for hosting it is found, preferably on the CentOS infrastructure.
