      Wrote a workflow and added it to a fork of the OKD repository to see how it performs:

      Workflow features:

      • Automatically checks issue quality and assigns priority/component.
      • Adds a single, detailed label (e.g., ai:bug-triage:Critical-Networking) ie. Priority: Critical, Category/Component: Networking.
      • Posts an explanation comment for transparency.
      • Slack integration to post the AI assessment results.
        Workflow uses a free GitHub open-source action:
        github/ai-assessment-comment-labeler

      This aims to help speed up issue triaging by automatically checking details and assigning priority, so maintainers can pick up issues faster.

      We have issues come in regulary at https://github.com/okd-project/okd/issues . We would want to keep an eye on these and triage these bugs. It would be great to:

      • Build automation to report bugs to #team-okd-eng channel
      • summarize issues when reporting
      • Possibly use AI to triage and do a first pass at trying to identify the cause/solution for the issues
