1. Which day of the sprint schedule would be appropriate to cut the OKD build from stable 4.next sprintly builds
2. Hypothesis or checklist we plan to use to make the decisions to cut the okd builds
3. What would be our workflow / decision point if critical bugs are identified in the build
4. Which team would be responsible for handling these and ensuring this person is connected with the 4.next sprintly builds decision making conversation
