Problem: Last selected notebook environment size is not taken into account when relaunching.

Scenario to reproduce:

• Launch a notebook image with a container size different than default (e.g. Large)
• Shutdown your server
• Once it has shutdown, click on Start my Server to relaunch
• Back on the selection page, the last container size is still selected, Large in our example.
• When you click on Start, after the notebook is started, you end up with the default size.

So it seems that the container size stays selected on the launch page, but the variables that are pushed when submitting are not initialized.
