In the latest JH Admin UI update, the admins do not have any links to access user notebook servers (see screenshot). But the user notebook servers are still accessible if you type in the url manually.
For example, if an admin wanted to access a user notebook server an admin could just go to `https://jupyterhub.url/user/USERNAME/lab`.
