Connection error in cluster-local-gateway

      When knative is installed on a custom service mesh control-plane, the cluster-local-gateway pod shows following error:

       

      code = Unauthenticated desc = request authenticate failure
2021-11-29T14:57:50.278081Z	warning	envoy config	StreamAggregatedResources gRPC config stream closed: 14, connection error: desc = "transport: Error while dialing dial tcp: lookup istiod.istio-system.svc on 172.30.0.10:53: no such host"

       

      Other Details:

      This is caused since the servicemesh creates a service with name istiod-<control-plane> name. Envoy config should have the updated service name.
