Ramen propagates VR conditions error messages in the VRG protected pvcs conditions.  Ramen summarizes the VR conditions into VRG and later DRPC, which currently does not reflect per PVC message, and is more a summary. Ramen may want to look at how best to bubble up the message, or leave it at VRG layer for easier troubleshooting and user feedback.

We need to discuss what and how we want to expose on the DRPC - can be the entire protected pvcs list, or maybe list of errors. Maybe better to split this work to another task, since the first part should be ready now.
