Problem:

Some of the ODC features have been deprecated and code still seats in the console repo which we have to maintain with every upgrade, and also increasing build time and size. Similarly, we have some packages used in console-plugin which is deprecated and will removed from console which needs to be removed.

Goal:

Remove the deprecated feature from console

1. Service Binding plugin
2. ODO CLI download link from the command CLI page
3. Primer export

Remove deprecated package from console-plugin

1. react-router 5.x

Why is it important?

We want to remove the codes of deprecated feature so that we do not have to maintain the code with every upgrade in the console and it will also reduce the build time and size of the console.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Remove Service Binding plugin from console
2. Remove ODO CLI download link from the command CLI pages 
3. change react-router and react-router-dom version from 5.x to 6.x in console-plugin
