      Description

      Remove the Service Binding plugin as the service binding feature is deprecated.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Remove service-binding plugin https://github.com/openshift/console/tree/master/frontend/packages/service-binding-plugin
      2. Remove service binding from Topology
      3. Check if there are dependencies in other packages and fix it
