      Description

      As a user, I want to access Import from Git to Container image form from anywhere in the console.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Update Import YAML button to a dropdown
      2. Add 3 options 
        1. Import YAML
        2. Import from Git
        3. Container Image
      3. Add a tooltip 'Quick create'
      4. Add e2e tests
