      Description of problem:

      1. ClusterTask Tab and other impacted areas will be removed because of the feature removal.
2. Currently, the default pipeline creation uses ClusterTasks. Since ClusterTasks are deprecated and will be removed, should we switch to using Tasks from openshift-pipelines in the default pipeline creation flow.
3. A view of Task catalog coming from Tekton Ecosystem (Can utilise the current clustertask tab), also point to note in future Users can configure their own catalog endpoint for viewing resources in the cluster.
