Accepted criteria:
Add filter to load PipelineRun and TaskRun data from the Kubernetes API AND/OR TektonResults API via a selector (maybe with a filter or a ButtonGroup...)

1. PipelineRuns list page
2. PipelineRun tab on the Pipeline detail page
3. PipelineRun tab on the Repository detail page
4. TaskRuns list page
5. TaskRuns tab page on the PipelineRun detail page
6. Show entries from kubernetes by default
7. Show the filter only if TektonResults is installed and enabled

Technical goals:

1. Move TektonResults Utils to Aonic UI library and utilize one in the dynamic plugin
2. Try to fetch as less data as possible
3. We want to show the available data (the number of items in TektonResults anyway)
4. Only if possible: Can we have a Button at the end of the table "Show X PipelineRuns from TektonResults" (if we show only kubernetes entries and we know that there are more entries in TR)
