Description

As the Pipelines console plugin will support OCP 4.15 and above it is better to upgrade the '@openshift-console/dynamic-plugin-sdk' to the latest so that we can make use of all the components and API available in the latest SDK.

Acceptance Criteria

Upgrade @openshift-console/dynamic-plugin-sdk
Upgrade @openshift-console/dynamic-plugin-sdk-webpack
Upgrade to PF5
Fix all the issues get after upgrading the package.
