Fix e2e tests with cypress upgrade

Description

As a user, I want to use the latest version of the Cypress

Acceptance Criteria

1. Fix the e2e tests for the dev-console package
2. Fix the e2e tests for the pipleines-plugin package
3. Fix the e2e tests for the helm-plugin package
4. Fix the e2e tests for the knative-plugin package
5. Fix the e2e tests for the shipwright-plugin package
6. Fix the e2e tests for the webterminal-plugin package
7. enable the dev-console, pipleines-plugin, helm-plugin, and knative-plugin e2e tests in the CI.

Additional Details:

Cypress has been upgraded in PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/13070 and the e2e tests has been disbaled for all the packages own by ODC as it will break the CI.
