      Description

      As a developer, I want to replace the current topology graphic with the new designs created by the ux team. The info for these graphics located here:

       
      Source files for the new OpenShift artwork (the "O"). 
      Guidelines on usage can be found here.
       

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Replace existing topology O graphic with new rev created by ux in v4.15
      2. Verify the new graphic is rendered on topology page
