      1. Proposed title of this feature request
Overriding Task Steps and Sidecars in OpenShift Pipelines integrated into Dev Console

      2. What is the nature and description of the request?
With Overriding Task Steps and Sidecars in alpha state, it would be useful if the functionality will be available in the Developer Console once it reaches beta or stable state.

As stepOverrides and sidecarOverrides are still fairly complex to implement, it would be useful when the Developer Console does offer a simple and easy approach to set for example resource requests and limits using the new funcitonality to allow developers trimming down the overall resource usage to the extend needed by the respective step.

That allows organization to save a lot of resources needed and also prevents from re-creating many ClusterTask as adjustments can be easily made using the new functionality.

      3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
As the Developer Console is aiming to help developers making things easier, the Overriding Task Steps and Sidecars should become part of it as it does provide a great extension of OpenShift Pipelines to fine tune certain steps in a Pipeline.

      4. List any affected packages or components.
