Problem:

Users cannot create kafka sinks through the UI

Goal:

Provide a creation based flow for users to create kafka sinks

Why is it important?

kafka sink GA will be Q3/Q4.

Acceptance criteria:

Update after exploration

1. Kafka Sinks should be available in the Event Sink sub-catalog (also in larger Dev Catalog)
2. Creation flow for Kafka Sink should be form based and consistent with other Event Sink creation flows (supports form/yaml switcher)
3. Connections to Kafka Sinks should be visualized from channels, brokers, sources)
4. Available actions for Kafka Sinks should include: x,y,z (assume this is the same as the list of Event Sink actions)
