      Description

      As a user, I want to check the used PipelineRun params in the PipelineRun details page similar to the Pipeline Parameters tab

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. should add the Parameters tab on the pipeline details page
      2. should list the parmas used in the PipelineRun.
