Export application - seamless integration with Git

Problem

1. I’ve developed, deployed & tested an app on OpenShift. I'm now happy with the way it behaves, and I want to export this application so i can check it into git.

Goal

Users should be able to export their application and push it to git.

Note: The next step would be to have it be managed by gitops.

Why is it important?
