Description

As a user, I should be able to use the Web terminal as long as the browser tab is active

Acceptance Criteria

1. Send activity tick to web terminal backend while the browser tab is active

Additional Details:

Currently, the Default timeout for web terminal is 15 min and we send an activity tick when we receive data from web socket or command is being entered. We want to change this and send activity tick every minute if Web terminal drawer is active i.e. send activity tick event when drawer is minimized.
