      Description

      As a user, I don't want to see any issue with the dark theme in the console.

      1. Project dropdown on the user preferences page
      2. Skeleton of the user preferences page
      3. Quick start background
      4. Quick start side panel footer
      5. Help text in the Applications tab of the User preferences
      6. Fix quick search
