Description

As a user, I was confused by these two different layout options. I would not like to see these options at all.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Remove all code that is related to "Layout 2" (COLA_FORCE_LAYOUT).
2. Update the code so that it always uses "Layout 1" (COLA_LAYOUT), clean up unnecessary conditions/files etc.
3. Remove the visual components for the two layout buttons in the topology
4. Remove/update all associated unit and e2e tests.
