Goals

Improve onboarding and cross portfolio consistency across the DevTools portfolio, including:

• converging on terminology
• opportunities to provide cross product onboarding ( via QS, existing flows or even Topology side panel )

Acceptance criteria:

1. Add an entry to Application Launcher to console.redhat.com - menu item should be Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console and should be in the same section as OCM, immediately under it. 
2. Converging on terminology, and make updates as needed.

AC Notes:

   1. Confirmed with rhn-support-kdixon - if Red Hat Hybrid Cloud Console is too long, we can use Hybrid Cloud Console.  
   2. Use the fedora icon, same as OCM
   3. Use the same logic OCM is using to add to the launcher

3. Start pushing UX design work around pulling in Alyzer into the Import from Git flow ** no Dev work associated for 4.11 ** Serena and Tim are doing an initial Miro board
