Problem:

Currently, users are unaware of which services support the service binding features.

Goal:

1. Provide a way for easily identify which operator backed services support the service binding features. Consider providing a badge on catalog tiles as well as a filtering capability.

Acceptance criteria:

Need to confirm, initial thoughts are as follows

1. All operator backed services which support service binding features will have a "label" on the catalog tile for easy discoverability
2. We provide a filter ( at what level ? main catalog or operator backed service ) allowing the user to find all offerings that support the service binding features.
3. All operator backed services which support service binding features will have an indicator on the side panel for easy discoverability
