Description

As a user, I want to enable Secure Route by default in Deploy Image and Import from git flow.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Secure Route option should be enabled by default
2. The default value of TLS termination and Insecure traffic should be Edge and Redirect respectively
3. Add Routing options on the User Preferences page under the General tab.
4. The routing options in the User Preferences should be used as defaults for routing options in Deploy Image & Import from git
