Show toast notification after deployment is imported successfully

Description

As a user, I want to see a toast notification that my resources are created successfully. If a route is created this toast should show me the URL my new application has with the option to click on it and copy it to the clipboard.

(Notice: As the resources are just created the user could not expect to open the URL successfully in that same moment.)

Acceptance Criteria

1. Show a toast notification when an application is imported from Git or imported Container image.
2. If Route option was selected the toast notification should also show the external Route URL with the option to click on it (should open in a new tab) and copy it to clipboard.
