Clicking on "What's new in Openshift 4.9" link in Add page redirecting 4.8 latest changes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the Openshift Application with kubeadmin credentials
2. Switch to developer perspective
3. On Add page, Click on "What's new in Openshift 4.9" link

Actual results:

4.8 related features are displayed
