Git URL is not validated on changing git type

Description of problem:

Git URL does not get revalidated when the git type is changed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to git import form
2. Enter a repo url from a hosted git instance (so that type is not recognizable)
3. Change git type to the correct value

Actual results:

Validation should happen on changing git type

Expected results:

Validation does not happen
