Automation Test plan for 4.10 Release

Problem:

This epic is mainly focused on the 4.10 Release QE activities

Goal:

1. Identify the scenarios for automation
2. Segregate the test Scenarios into smoke, Regression and other user stories

3. Align with layered operator teams for updating scripts
3. Work closely with dev team for epic automation
4. Create the automation scripts using cypress
5. Implement CI for nightly builds
6. Execute scripts on sprint basis
