Issue with the UI of observer page when screen size is reduced

Reduce the browser screen size and observe page shows issues with the padding/space between elements

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to observe page in the navigation menu
2. Reduce the size of the browser screen

Padding should be proper when the screen size is adjusted
