Cannot Select Text with Cursor in QuickSearchModal bar

Description of problem:

You cannot highlight the text in the input box — this is likely because of the resize listener catching it and suppressing things like double click highlighting or drag to highlight.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Topology
2. Open the Quick Search Modal
3. Type anything
4. Try to select the text you just typed with the cursor
   • Double-clicks
   • Drag over the text

Actual results:

Moves the modal

Expected results:

Should be able to highlight the text
