Description of problem:

In the Edit BuilldConfig form, when we change hook type from shell script to Arguments to default image entry point and reload the form without giving any argument. The hook gets disabled

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the Edit BuilldConfig form, click on advance option hooks
2. Select Hook type as Shell script and save the form
3. Change the Hook type to Arguments to default image entry point
4. Click on Reload button

Actual results:

Hooks get disabled

Expected results:

It should return to the previous state of hook type as Shell script
