    Description

       Description

Request for additional features for Export App: View logs, cancel & restart

      Use Cases

      1. As a user, I would like the option to view the progress of my export when the export is running

      Acceptance Criteria

As a user, I would like the following capabilities when exporting an application

      1. When an export is in progress, provide a quick link to view the logs when it's initially kicked off (via the toast)
      2. When an export is in progress, provide access to view logs if that toast has disappeared (via the Export modal)

      More Info

Based on conversations with UX :

      1. For the toast ...
        1. Increase the timing, I think it's 8 seconds now ... maybe we go to 20 ?!
        2. Once the job has started, provide a View logs link in the toast

      1. For the modal ... when an export is already in progress,
        1. Include a View logs like inside the text of the modal so the user can quickly see the progress of the export
        2. The button panel should include Cancel export, Restart export, OK. Note that the Cancel & Restart ctas should be shown as secondary actions.

      Additional Info

User needs to install `gitops-primer` operator for this feature to be enabled in UI
