Trying to load samples on build config edit page crashes the UI

Description of problem:

Trying to load samples on build config edit page crashes the UI

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an application using import from git.
2. Go to build config page.
3. Go to edit build config page.
4. Switch to YAML view. 
5. On the sidebar go to samples tab and try to load a sample.

Actual results:

UI crashes with an error.

Expected results:

It should load the sample YAML.
