Description of problem:

The repo validation for git import flow does not automatically run when there are changes made to devfile/dockerfile path.
Validation only runs on blur, when user clicks away from the field.

None

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use any devfile/dockerfile repository in git import flow
2. Change the file path in the devfile/dockerfile path field

Actual results:

Validation does not happen until focus is taken away from the field.

Expected results:

Validation should automatically happen after a delay.

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always.
