Git import form's name isn't autofilled when a URL containing trailing slash is used.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to git import flow
2. Add any URL with a trailing slash

Actual results:

After detection, name is not autofilled.

Expected results:

Name should get autofilled like it does when there is no trailing slash.
