      react warning when loading the dev perspective and redirection to topology

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. go to the dev perspective
      2. change the URL such that the path is `/` or `/topology` and go to the page (should cause SPA to refresh)
      3. when page loads, look at console log

      Actual results:

      Expected results:

      no react warning
